PELHAM, AL: Cyber Operations, Inc. Completes Merger with Cathay International NASDAQ Stock Symbol Assigned
Cyber Operations, Inc. has completed its merger with Cathay International Holdings. As a result of this transaction, Cyber Operations will integrate its business operations into the public entity, with its shares traded under the symbol CYPJ.PK.
Cyber Operations designs, markets and distributes advanced software-based security solutions including large-scale network security, access control and biometric technologies, IP based technologies including digital media content management and distribution, network security camera systems and voice over IP (VOIP) technologies. Cyber Operations’ patented network security technology is currently utilized by the U.S. Department of Defense. Cyber Operations also has worldwide sales and distribution rights for specialized technology which provides sophisticated digital asset protection and reduced losses associated with unauthorized file-sharing and file access.
